Chapter 165
Chises’ heart was impatient.
He wondered what would happen if Azela changed her mind. In the meanwhile, everyone didn’t say anything despite getting yelled at by him with an annoyed face. Azela didn’t ask a single question when seeing him sending everyone out and just sat still next to Chises.
‘Hurry.’
His stomach burned. He wanted to quickly undress Azela and shoved himself inside her though he groaned again as he looked at the employees who were still contemplating whether they should really leave the parlor.
Surprised by Chises’ gaze, they eventually rushed out of the parlor in a hurry.
Confirming that everyone had left, he hurriedly stood up and locked the parlor door. In case anyone would see, he also shut the wide-open window and closed the curtains.
“Now, Azela.”
Soon, only the two of them remained in the parlor. The doors and windows were locked, and people outside couldn’t see.
Chises flashed a sly smile.
Even though she was fully aware of where his gaze was fixated, Azela didn’t even move. Then, he slowly placed a hand on her shoulder.
‘I won’t refuse!’
Emboldened, he moved his trembling hand through her hair, which she allowed without resistance, revealing her smooth neckline.
‘It must be.’
His heart raced with conflicting emotions, torn between wanting to see her vulnerable and longing for her to cling to him. Still, knowing her pride, he understood he should be content with this much.
Drawing closer to her, Chises hesitated for a moment before planting a slow, deliberate kiss on her exposed white neck.
To his surprise, there was no rejection from her. Encouraged, his tongue traced down her collarbone, and still, Azela didn’t object, so he gathered more courage before encircling his arms around her waist, finding no resistance there either.
As he continued to caress her collarbone, he finally aimed to find her lips in this moment of undeniable tension.
However.
“…My makeup will be ruined.”
She firmly covered his lips with her palm.
Her makeup ruined? Chises looked at Azela with a blank face for a moment. She was biting hard on her lower lip.
‘Aha, yes. If her lips smudge, everyone outside will know so I have to put up with that.’
Chises nodded.
While she blocked the kiss, she didn’t remove his hand that was around her waist. Yes, then, this meant permission. What if he couldn’t kiss her? She wanted to be his anyway. Soon, her lips dug into Azela’s neck again, and again, she didn’t refuse like a moment ago.
“Ha, Azela.”
He uttered Azela’s name with a moan. How much had he waited? For her!
As he groped her chest over the dress, he could feel her voluptuous chest through her dress, which made his heart flutter again. Though when he tried to slip his hand through her skirt, Azela grabbed his wrist.
Chises looked dumbfounded at his blocked hands and gritted his teeth.
“…To come all the way here and say no.”
She pulled his hand from her grasp and placed it on her chest.
“Slowly.”
“….!”
His eyes grew wide.
Slowly… yes, slowly. Chises erased his embarrassment and hurriedly nodded. Yes, he hadn’t been considerate of her. Now that she had come to this situation, her pride must be hurt.
The more he wanted to do it, the slower he had to be.
With trembling hands, he undid the buttons that were fastening her upper body. When all the buttons were unbuttoned, Azela’s chests were revealed.
“Ha.”
Groaning at the sight, he touched her bare chest with his trembling hand, feeling the soft touch spread over her palm. When he slightly raised his head, Azela’s eyes were tightly closed.
“Ha, Azela…”
He massaged both of her chests without hesitation. With his fingers, he stimulated the cute tips, which were nestled in the center. A small, suppressed sound leaked out from between Azela’s tightly pursed lips. The sound of her trying to hold back made Chises more excited.
Seeing her still in his hand, he slowly lowered his body. Azela also leaned back as he bowed his body.
The sight of her lying with her back on his couch with her chest out was nothing but obscene.
Chises face widened, and he slowly placed her chest in his mouth. Even after doing this, Azela did not respond, so he vigorously brushed her tips with his tongue. Then, with his hand, he constantly squeezed the other chest.
“Uht.”
As Azela’s head tilted back, he felt his lower back tingle again.
He couldn’t stand it.
Unable to resist any longer, he hurriedly started removing his clothes. He tossed aside his sword and swiftly discarded his top and bottoms. In that moment, his mind was consumed with a singular purpose—to push himself inside of Azela.
And when Chises was naked with strings on him—
“…Don’t move.”
—A sharp blade came into his neck.
Taking the dagger from her thigh, Azela brought it to his neck without hesitation, and blood flowed from his neck.
“A, A, Azela…”
Chises looked at her, puzzled.
Azela very slowly raised her body. With one hand, she roughly buttoned her torso, then kicked away his sword, which was laid near her.
“Yoy, you thought of this… you thought of this from the beginning.”
“If I don’t do this, you won’t be caught off guard. This is the Crown Prince’s palace. If the many knights serving Your Highness came in groups, I don’t have the confidence to win.”
“….!”
As Chises clenched his teeth, Azela glared at him with red eyes as if she was going to chew on him.
“That day…”
“….?”
“That day, you said something to Zagnac. What is it?”
Perhaps the reason he left was because of Chises… so she came to see him. Azela fixed the blade, which she had held against Chises’ neck.
When red blood flowed again, Chises’ face turned pale.
“Put, put this down.”
“Do you think I am joking? Or do you think I can’t kill you?”
Her eyes were empty. In those eyes, if there were emotion, there would only be ruin. She really meant it. Azela thought she would kill Chises here and now after she had lost everything.
“Tell me everything if you don’t want to die.”
“I-I, I…”
“What did you say to Zagnac?”
Uttering those words, as she pushed the blade harder, Chises felt the stinging pain in his throat. He screamed, but no one came in. It was no wonder since he was the one who told them not to come in no matter what.
“Why, why are you doing this, Azela? How about we talk about this first?”
“…I think it’s better for you to talk quickly. If you want to live.”
A little more force, and he would die. Chises clenched his fists tightly. He thought he was going to push her, though if he did it wrong, he would die when she used the dagger.
He finally looked at Azela with a devastated smile.
“What did you say?”
His eyes were tinted with fear and obsession at the same time. Chises glanced at the blade pointed at his neck and spoke very slowly.
“I told him to choose whether I call him Duke Ferial or ‘The Devil’.”
“….!”
Azela’s face turned pale, and her hand gripping the dagger trembled. Seeing her stiff expression, Chises’ face twisted.
“…Judging by the look on your face, you didn’t seem to know.”
“….”
As her expression was filled with surprise, her hands were trembling slightly.
“Azela, it’s not just a rumor. That man is the devil. You with the devil…”
Chises, who was about to ask if she was trying to marry the devil, closed his mouth. There was nothing good about provoking her here.
Azela’s empty eyes returned to Chises.
“…So did he leave because of you?”
Strengthening the sword, she held out to Chises’ neck and blood flowed down again.
