   It’s actually a pretty good story. The FL isn’t weak and honestly they look good together. I feel like the ML really loves Astell to the point of borderline obsession but he wasn’t blatantly showing it lol

   ok like it’s well written and that makes me WANT to like it but there’s no getting around that the whole premise is just some messed up pedo apologist nonsense. you could have taken the good writing and had the possessor fl and ml get together WITHOUT setting it in a situation where the victim forgives and falls for the pedophile that abused them. the “possession” trope is just being abused here to create a situation where this victimxpedo set-up is somehow not wrong and it is REALLY reaching. very sus im keeping an eye out to avoid supporting this author now

   I’ve read this before on other site. I’m probably at 40+ ish chapters now. The story is very disturbing because of the fact that it contains rape, abuse, and pedophilia. So our fl’s plan here is to fix everything the previous owner of that body has done to the male lead and, of course, the very common plan to divorce after fixing the problem, which she thinks is good for our male lead since, yeah, he is destined to be with the og fl. I guess that’s all I remember about her plan. For our male lead, he is two-faced. In front of the fl, he is very innocent and a puppy, but behind her back, he is very obsessed and possessive (not to mention, horny). Basically, he is using her kindness and affection to get what he wants by acting all cute and innocent. And oh, the real story of this is actually very disgusting and trash. You all don’t even want to know what Philia (OG fl) did to our ML in the OG story. Yeah, that’s all. I would not recommend this story if you don’t like what this story contains, which I mentioned above.

   I dont see how its pedophilia when they didn’t actually do anything until he was 20. Unless if you consider her grooming him. But he was aware of everything the whole time so you can’t really say that was the case either. The real person we should be disturbed about is Philia, that shit was rape no matter how you spin it. If this happened to a female character everyone would have been up in arms about it but because he is male, people just breezed over that part? I get it was to save him, but she enjoyed it and started wanting more so how is that fair? I think it was a good story. Definitely worth the read

   Actually i dropped this novel. I read novels with toxic relationships alot. I love psychology, drama and tension. But this novel is… ew.
   I was uncomfortable with both female lead and male lead. Their age gap is just too much. She can be his mother. He is actually treating her like that perhaps due to his lack of familial love while growing up. If this was in a normal situation I would not said a thing about age gap although I’m not into it. The og girl controled the ml his whole life and monopolised him that’s why he didn’t have any one close beside her. That’s manipulation on another level. Right? You can expect someone to be sane and healthy after being gaslighted, manipulated and groomed his whole life. The story is disturbing and disgusting.
   Their behaviours, thoughts, and actions didn’t makes sense and match their situations. It irritated me. How much male lead needed a few years of therapy yet he didn’t get it. And i felt like however you look at it. She shouldn’t have stayed with him. It didn’t feel right. Cause he is mentaly sick and damaged, how would a person like that make the right decisions.
   I also didn’t like the plot much. It lacked the elements to make it exciting and attractive. It became repetitive and boring for me.
   At the end of the day it’s all my opinions and may be different from. So read it if you want to. It’s just Personally i didn’t like it and wouldn’t recommend it. it gave a headache.
   By the way I’d like to thank the translator (Effe) and the editor (Yonnee). For the amazing job they did. Translating and completing it at the best quality. I wish you the best.
